I have known that for a long time, Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is hand picked, sun dried, roasted and grounded by farmers and their families. why would one want to buy some coffee that has been eaten and pooped out, and they are saying the poop enhances the flavour, that’s drinking a cup of coffee fermented in sshhhtt

I thought it was cat poo coffee.
EDIT: Actually I just double checked and found this article… maybe you can find it useful.
It appears Kopi Luwak is the correct name for this cat poo coffee..

Realy! So for I was thinking, Coorg (India) is the most expensive. I drink it daily insted of bed-tea in early morning. The flavour of this coffee is good. I have never tasted the Jamican blue mountain.

Yes it is, but it is only expensive because it is in limited quantity, not because it is that good.

Kopi Luwak coffee from indonesia is the world’s most expensive coffee. It’s made from beans that are partially digested and then excreted by the common palm civet.

Yes, I knew that. It is picked when it is “cherry ripe” and it is all processed by HAND instead of in a factory.
